    Affiliation: Dr Jason Bradfield is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology. He has been on faculty at the UCLA Cardiac Arrhythmia Center since 2009 and is the Director of Cardiac Electrophysiology at Olive View-UCLA Medical Center. Dr Bradfield’s procedural and research expertise includes cardiac ablation of supraventricular and ventricular arrhythmias, epicardial mapping and ablation, implantation of cardiac devices and laser lead extraction.

    Affiliation: Dr. Jason G. Andrade is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Cardiology at the University of British Columbia, and adjunct professor at the Université de Montréal. He currently splits his time between Vancouver General Hospital, where he serves as director of non-invasive electrodiagnostics as well as the electrophysiology lab director, and the Montreal Heart Institute. His clinical and research interests are centred around catheter ablation of complex atrial and ventricular arrhythmias.
